James and Meredith Knoop serve as Village Missions with Village Missions. James serves as the Lead Pastor. He has pastored for two years in Hokah, and five years with Village Missions. He holds a Bachelors in Professional Writing from the University of Northwestern - St. Paul, and Masters in Counseling from Westminster Theological Seminary. James grew up in northern Minnesota and loves being on the water, watching football (Vikings), roadtripping with his family, and reading 1950s classics (think C.S. Lewis, Tolkien, Hemingway, Steinbeck, Bradbury). He and Meredith have been married for 10 years and have three children - Elijah, Hadassah and Lucy.
